At our next meeting, Willard MacDonald who started the non-profit CarbonTaxMe.org and who is an active member of Citizens' Climate Lobby will give a presentation about how a carbon tax is one of the most effective tools we have for reducing carbon emissions. We will also talk about a local carbon tax for Sonoma County.
