Great Turnout for Santa Rosa Climate Vigil

We had a great turnout today for our impromptu climate vigil in downtown Santa Rosa!

Bill McKibben's 350.org asked local groups to organize some kind of action for December 12. To be honest, we were all pretty exhausted by the organizing we did for the big NorCal climate march in Oakland on November 21st. But we put out a last minute call for a climate vigil - and about fifty people showed up! What a great group of people! Enthusiastic, and committed. Fifty people showed up to bring local attention to the climate crisis and the need for action. It was so exciting! Thank you so much for being committed to climate action!
